File Under: Meadowlands, New Jets Stadium, Rob Sullivan, Mezzanine Club

11/09 — No matter what happens in the second half of the season, the Jets will play just four more regular-season games at the current Meadowlands. And then in 2010, the Green & White will move into their new home.

With interest in the New Jets Stadium at an all-time high, newyorkjets.com will make Rob Sullivan available for a chat with Jets Nation on Tuesday, Nov. 10, at 11 a.m. Sullivan, who serves as the team's vice president of consumer sales and service, is responsible for getting fans in their seats in the new building. He has also put together a customer service team for all season ticket holders — from the clubs to the upper level.

Speaking of clubs, the Jets made substantial price cuts in their Mezzanine Club seat tickets last week. You’ll have your chance to ask Rob about anything pertaining to the New Jets Stadium next Tuesday — tickets, prices and amenities (including four absolutely massive video boards), sightlines … and whatever else that comes to mind in regards to the gameday experience.

"If I come up from Monmouth County with a loaded car of people and food, to meet my daughter who comes from Passaic County and has the tent and grill, to meet my brother in law and his loaded car from Camden County and to meet friends from Hudson County to tailgate as we have done for the past 25 years, how do we all meet in the same lot if we're all coming from different places? How?"

"To Sandy - Why not have everyone meet one of the many shopping areas on either Route 3 or Route 23, then caravan to the stadium so you all get in together? Maybe not the same as now, but it could work."

"To CP: Thanks...we thought of that and it won't work because of the timing of other people in the cars coming from other places/very different locations to meet the cars com. From Camden county, you're asking someone to leave at 7 AM to meet up somewhere at 9 AM which means getting up and ready at 6 AM for a 1 PM game and then getting home on a Sunday @ 6 or 7 PM - all for parking spots - nah!!!"
